Important Compatibility Note

The HDMI functionality requires a compatible USB-C host port that supports DisplayPort Alt Mode or USB-C video output. Not every USB-C port supports video.

Also, the 4K @ 30Hz specification is the maximum supported HDMI output, while actual display resolution and refresh rate depend on the host device, monitor and cable.

The USB 3.0 ports share the bandwidth of the laptop's USB-C connection, so 5Gbps is the maximum interface speed rather than 5Gbps being available simultaneously to every USB port.
